Estimating the amount of flooring required can be daunting, luckily we provide this service to all clients. Or you can simply carry out your own estimation if you feel confident.

Estimation service charge is £45. As we do not offer supply, we must charge for this service to make it viable to us as a business.

We price based on m2 & not time, therefore weather it takes 1 hour or 8 hours the price is the same.

Cutting of doors, Uplift & Disposal, moving furniture are all services we offer with additional fees, we will discuss everything during your consultation.

We are well aware of the distruption receiving new flooring can create.

That’s why we offer you a guarantee that if we do not install your floors on the date we provide, we will fit for FREE? T/Cs Apply.

We do not supply flooring. You must purchase from your preferred retailer or online store & we simply install it.

However we can supply more complex materials required for sub floor preparation such as smoothing compounds, feather finishes & adhesives.
